How Steak Changed My Life

In my late teens I began to notice several health problems associated with rapid changes in my body. I went through persistent gut issues, acne, psoriasis flare-ups, hair loss, and fragile nails. I sought the attention of various doctors and went through many medical tests and bought every supplement available in the market but hardly saw any change. My blood tests were a constant reminder of deficiencies in vitamins and the presence of hormonal imbalances — yet no genuine proposal was there.

My life turned upside down when I changed my diet and lifestyle completely. I became aware of the source of my food, which I prioritized over everything, and made quality my main guiding principle. For me, that meant consuming pasture-raised, high-quality beef — and it also meant enjoying red meat without any guilt.

Though red meat is often condemned, let me tell you, it is among the most nutritious foods in the world. It is full of B vitamins, iron, zinc, and the protein that is most easily digested by the body — the very things our body needs for repair from within. I had just a few months eating it regularly before it also started healing my skin, regulating my gut, and restoring my energy. My lab results show that my health is perfect now, which makes me feel stronger, healthier, and more stable than I have ever felt.
